Coffee Stage

The coffee stage is the early stage where you get to know us and we get to know you and your goals. We identify any gaps in both your situation and knowledge you wish to fulfil and go about doing so. There may even be a solution that you had not considered yet.

At this stage we can provide free of charge

  • Free credit check
  • Free property valuation (existing properties)
  • Initial calculations
  • Referrals to our partner organisations should you require
  • Analysis of lender options not-unsuitable to you
  • Identification of foreseeable issues and possible resolutions

Should there not be suitable match at this time rest assured we will be working with you to get you to your goals. We have a number of techniques that we employ including credit fix options, using partner lenders to refinance existing debt onto lower rates to pay off faster and more.

 

Paperwork Stage

At this stage we have understood each and are in the process of selecting and applying for the correct credit option for yourself. At this stage we collect all the relevant documentation and prepare a quality application that we believe to be successful in achieving your goals. Rest assured we have a large team working to get through this stage a quickly and smoothly as possible even with lender MIR’s. We accommodate our clients preferences by using both paper and electronic methods. 

A number of professionals are engaged including conveyancers, builders, building and pest inspectors, real estate agents, valuation firms buyers agents just to name a few. 

This all may seem overwhelming but rest assured we are experts and are there to guide you and connect you to the correct professionals should you require. You can expect periodic updates on your application and we can liaise directly with other professionals saving you the hassle of being a guineapig between us all.

On-Going Care

Our relationship doesn’t end once we are successful in achieving your loan. We work with you over the term of your loan to reduce the loan term and interest paid. We do this through a number of techniques

  • Continuously monitoring lender products as your situation and lender offerings change
  • Using our one-to-one software to analysis predicted savings for different scenarios including
    • Rate changes
    • Additional contributions
    • Utilising offset & redraw accounts
  • Taking advantage of refinance cashbacks
  • Access to our learning centre

For our investors we work with you to build your portfolio whether it be in the SMSF, trust, company or individual ownership structure.
