For developers and investors

After we’ve settled on your property or development, the team will check in on you after 3 months to make sure the chosen product meets your expectation and there are no issues you would like to clarify. 

We monitor the value of your property and available products to ensure your chosen loan option is still a competitive product. If we believe there is opportunity to request a discount with you existing lender, take advantage of lender offers including refinance cashbacks or another lender offers a more suitable product for your circumstances we will get in touch with you.
